Projects, in which NAYADA participated, nominated for the Best Office Awards 2016

The best public and business premises projects have been nominated for the main awards in the office interiors design sphere – the Best Office Awards 2016. This year, a total of 84 projects are participating in these awards. We present here several of the nominated projects, in which companies of the NAYADA Group participated.

Nominated in the business centers category is a unique architectural object – the Dominion Tower. This is the first Russian building designed by world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. For this project, NAYADA manufactured and installed fire-resistant systems – the NAYADA- Fireproof partitions and doors.

Nominated in this same category is a public spaces project – the Eurasia Tower in the MIBC Moscow-City, designed by the Sergey Estrin Architectural Studios. For this project, NAYADA carried out a range of finishing works involving the glazing of walls, with the special decorative elements being the NAYADA manufactured reception desks, symbolizing stylized logs and fallen trees with luminous elements.

Nominated for this year’s awards is also the production office of the NAYADA Company. The office-administrative section of the plant was fully renovated in 2015, and became an experimental platform to showcase the possibilities and applied technologies, available from NAYADA, for the organization modern premises. All interior solutions were designed and implemented within the company.

One of the major regional projects was the interregional clinical and diagnostic center in Kazan. The authors of this project were architects from the architectural workshop Arkhitekturnaya Praktika Novikovikh. The NAYADA Company, based on the designs of the architects, performed a range of works in the creation of public areas of the center, using compact laminate.

Nominated in the office premises category was the office project developed for CBRE, an international consulting company located in one of the skyscrapers of the MIBC Moscow-City. The architectural solutions, design and finishing of the new office were all carried out under the supervision of the construction management department of CBRE in Russia – CBRE Architects. A significant part of the interiors is occupied by NAYADA glass partitions.

Among the nominees was also the sales office of the Match Point Residential Complex. The project was designed by architects from the design bureau UNK project. NAYADA partitions and doors were used to create the office section of the showroom.

Modern space for the young team of the Energoprom Company was created in the loft-style, using bright elements of street art and pop culture of the 1960s. The authors of this project were the architects from the IND Architects Bureau. All office units are furnished with NAYADA partitions and doors.

The International Best Office Awards have been held since 2010, and are main Russian professional awards in the corporate interior design sphere. Honored every year are landmark Russian and foreign office projects, with awards handed out to architects and customers of the offices. Over 100 projects participate in these awards every year. This year, the awards ceremony will be held on May 26, 2016 in the Danilovsky Event Hall, right after the Business & Design Dialogue Conference.
