NAYADA project receives Red Dot Design Concept Award.
NAYADA Company has started the implementation of a trial concept «ALLinWALL», wich received a Red Dot Design Concept Award, one of the most prestigious awards in the sphere of design, the analogue of Oscar in industrial design.
NAYADA git acquainted with the project and its author Karina Yeganyan during the Second International Competition for architects and designers «Office Space: creativity, technologies, innovations». «ALLinWALL» didn't receive any awards back then. However it attracted NAYADA's interest. This was the case when a competition helps a participant not only to gain acceptance, but also to find partners. The company innovations department and the young author have signed a contract for the further development of the concept. This story turned out to have a tremendous continuation. In June 2008 «ALLinWALL» was presented as a graduation project and defended at the Industrial Design chair of the Moscow State Arts and Crafts University after Stroganov. Several months later in November 2008 ALLinWALL project developed by Karina Yeganyan received a Red Dot Design Concept Award 2008.
According to Albina Sugrobova, the head of the Innovations and Development department of NAYADA Company, «Right now we are carrying out development of storage systems and cabinet unit groups. From this point of view the project of Karina Yeganyan seemed quite interesting to us. The main idea of «ALLinWALL» is creation of partition, which would combine a shelve stand, container folder for documents of various formats, including А2, А3, А4, as well as stalls for paper rolls. It is possible that already in the nearest future we will bring this concept to life of use it as a basis future developments».
