Flight of Fancy with Parachutes: NAYADA for 1C Training Center
NAYADA has taken part in decorating the training center of 1C, an IT company. This is not the first project Sergey Estrin Architectural Studio creates for 1C offices.
The architects were tasked with creating a dynamic and comfortable conference space with minimal funds. The premises themselves are a former factory workshop and a laboratory built in the Soviet times. The concept was successfully combined with the budget, the nature of the Customer company and the loft-style premises themselves, which include conference rooms, an event hall, and a staircase.
Removable arches made of colored profiled polycarbonate with fluted aluminum profiles became the main decorative element. The resulting multi-colored arches resembling both sails and parachutes symbolize the flight of fantasy, the flight of extreme sports lovers and the air landing of forces to help customers. In addition, they create a reference to the traditional interior details of Stalinist architecture with their characteristic order elements.
NAYADA-Crystal glass partitions and doors were used for zoning. The airy structures add modernity and lightness to the interior. Bright horizontal stripes were added to the glass to complement the accent "parachutes".
