NAYADA for the Naro-Fominsk Business Center

NAYADA completed work on yet another major project – the interior design of a business center in Naro-Fominsk. This multifunctional ‘Class A’ business center is the first step in the implementation of a comprehensive program involving the renovation of a former silk mill and the creation of a new center for Naro-Fominsk, in accordance with a spatial development strategy. This facility sets a new benchmark for quality in Naro-Fominsk, so design solutions and materials had to be chosen with great care. The project was developed by the architectural and urban planning firm Yauzaproekt.

There are several major zones in the interior of the complex – the entrance area, atrium, offices for rent, offices of the facility owner, and offices of the management company. The customer set certain requirements for each zone, mostly in terms of budget and design. Products of the NAYADA Company have been used in each of the zones.

The entrance area and the atrium – these are the face of the business center. The space is open, bright, and a little solemn, thanks to the vertical shafts of the panoramic elevators and the use of natural stone in the finishing. The four-meter U-shaped reception stand was created to custom order by NAYADA, using onyx and marble.

The inter-floor belt in the stairwells of the atrium is made by NAYADA using bleached oak veneer.

NAYADA manufactured and installed panels that cover the technical devices. Decorative panels of the wall trunking is made of wood veneer in two colors. Various textures of valuable wood species were used for the project, combining bright and dark colors emphasizes the status of the interior furnishings.

Floors with leasable offices were completed in the traditional style. They have a quite bright and airy look. Thanks to NAYADA translucent partitions, there is an abundance of natural light. NAYADA-Standart partitions with frosted glass doors and panels made of bleached oak veneer were used to add the finishing touches.

The office of the customer was more diverse. Here we used several types of partitions and doors: NAYADA-Standart glass partitions for offices of employees and NAYADA-Crystal all-glass partitions were used to create the meeting rooms’ zone. To the full height of the partitions – three meters, NAYADA installed NAYADA-Intero veneered doors.

The cafeteria was fitted with a complex NAYADA batten veneer ceiling. NAYADA specialists did a great job in producing and installing this heavy construction. A frame structure of approximately 60 square meters was created under the ceiling system. For installation of the construction, razor sharp accuracy was needed so the matching sections would come together perfectly in the ceiling. Complicating this task was the weight – each section weighed about 40 kg.

“The main goal of this project, and the main ambition of the customer in this facility, was to create a business center that meets modern standards for quality design and finishing and to set a new level for Naro-Fominsk. The result met our expectations. And this is a good foundation for further productive cooperation with NAYADA,” noted the architects of the project.
