Chelyabinsk Business House «Petrovsky» became the bets regional Russian business center of «А» class.

The winners of Commercial Real Estate Federal Awards 2007 held in Sochi have been finally announced.

Before the festive award ceremony the future investors from the leading world countries made a study tour around several Russian cities including Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Ufa, Samara and Rostov-on-Don. During this trip the guests particularly noted three cities: Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Rostov.

More than 300 participants from 30 regions of Russia attended the final part of the ceremony in Sochi. Around 50 objects of commercial real estate from all around Russia participated in the competition. All of them were put in commission or into operation in 2006.

Business House «Petrovsky» (Chelyabinsk) was announced the winner in the nomination «Business Center of the class «А» – Russian Regions» sponsored by NAYADA. Though the jurors may not have realized it, they estimated not only the work of the developer, «Energoinvest» Company, but also the work of NAYADA.

NAYADA Chelyabinsk subsidiary has done a great job organizing the interior space of Business House «Petrovsky». The company specialists decorated the entrance group of the business center with NAYADA-Crystal partitions, the halls of the Bank of Moscow were decorated with doors and partitions covered with finewood veneer, as well as standard working places were improved by means of mobile partitions. Eight now the company carries out mounting NAYADA-STANDART partitions in the office of the customer - «Energoinvest» Company.
