Home of Sport: NAYADA Office for Adidas
The task given to the architects was to design a complex of premises with different functions and purposes, organize an understandable and comfortable structure and communications for various streams of visitors.
In developing the design concept, the architects based themselves on the Adidas corporate identity and logos of companies within the group. Thus arose the basic colors and combinations – black with white with bright color accents. The three floors of the office differ in their main colors – orange, green and blue. This facilitates navigation and creates the mood and atmosphere on each floor. When designing the interior, architects sought to reflect the company’s focus on active lifestyles and love for sports.
For this project, NAYADA installed several partition and door systems, including the new NAYADA-Intero-400. This is a universal system, with improved sound insulation and hinged sections, and can be created as a mono-glazed structure or decorated with panels, and even with built-in furniture. For the office, Adidas architects chose mono-glazed Intero-400 with Sahara Black profiles. The black glass transom looks especially good on the doors. Additionally, electronic access control systems were installed in the doors.
In the meeting rooms’ zone, we installed NAYADA-Twin partitions with built-in Intero doors, and NAYADA-Crystal glass partitions with large glass panels – their dimensions are 3x2 meters. Pendulum (swing) doors were used in the partitions.
On all floors of the office, installed were fire-resistant NAYADA-Fireproof EIW-30 metal and glass doors, as well as NAYADA laminated doors in telescopic frames.
A separate important zone of this office – is the Adidas Academy. These premises are a new project for the company, which aims to introduce sports into people’s lives, and change them for the better.
The Academy includes a number of classrooms and lecture halls, separated by NAYADA-SmartWall H5 transformable partitions, which makes the space completely flexible. Eight transformable partitions were installed in the Academy, all of which allow the creation of 16 individual classrooms for the different needs of the company, or merging them into one large space.
