Eco-friendly office in Workplace innovation format: NAYADA for Amway

NAYADA products at new office of Amway – the international cosmetic products production company. UNK project architectures created awesome example of modern eco-friendly office in Workplace innovation format.

In office space design we chose to highlight brand values and ideology – harmony with nature and production of eco-friendly and safety goods over standard corporate style. Design includes a lot of green-leaves plants and natural materials.

There are zones for individual and team work. They support remote control team work. They also include different meeting rooms – for 1 person, for team of 3-4 and 8-10 people and big large mobile training room with a capacity of more than 40 people. Employees may work in different zones during the day or even stay at home. It is possible on two days a week. There are no personal working places in OpenSpace. It has sitting and stand sits with high tables. It is possible to work in co-working zone and sit on couches and pouffes.

NAYADA glass partitions with a dark gray graphite profile organize the multi-format structure of the working space. Partially constructions are made in a combined or fully matte design for example booths for telephone conversations.

Work places in Open Space and offices implemented in sober grey-blue colour scheme.

Every meeting room has its own design decision that based on play of design and colours. Training room is set up with NAYADA-SmartWall transformable acoustic with 42 dB acoustic reduction level.
