Complex interior solutions by NAYADA in the Sintec Office
The NAYADA Company created the interiors of the office of the engineering company Sintec, which is located on eight floors of the company’s main division. The project architect was Pavel Kuznetsov. The project involved the expansion of office premises, as well as the creation of new, modern workstations for employees. NAYADA was involved in working on a wide range of solutions – walls, doors, reception desk, wall panels made of plastic, built-in cabinets and furniture, including kitchenette areas.
The main challenge for the architects was creating layouts in a building where one hundred percent of the exterior walls are made of glass. In this case, the best solution turned out to be the formation of partitions based on the same principle – and therefore, glass partitions were used.
“The design concept of the interior was to maximize natural lighting and openness of space with the unification of the working environment, in the general visual field, and NAYADA partitions allowed us to realize this. High-quality soundproofing glass partitions allowed, without reducing the amount of space, creating a unique atmosphere in each of the departments of the company,” said the architect of the project.
The reception desk was created from different types of acrylic paint layers and the central element contains rustics made from mirrors. The front is equipped with a system to hide cables for the convenient work of secretaries, and embedded office management systems. The back wall has a wardrobe with sliding doors.
In this project, two NAYADA stationary partition systems with matt films were use. The NAYADA- Twin double glazed glass partitions, and NAYADA-Crystal were installed in the meeting rooms zone.
Built-in cabinets, furniture and kitchen units with relief facades were custom-made by the LEPOTA Design Furniture Factory.
Two meeting rooms can be converted into a single modern conference hall with the help of NAYADA-SmartWall sliding partitions. In the closed position, the partitions provide sound insulation of 42 dB.
“The overall impressions of working with the Sintec Company are always positive. This is the third office that we developed for them, and in each case, only positive emotions were achieved. By the way, on all three of these projects, NAYADA worked very closely with us, and for this we would like to say a special thank you to the whole company and its managers, responsible for the results achieved,” says Pavel Kuzmin, chief architect of the project.
